Retorts are at the heart of many shelf-stable
food processing lines.Retort are basically a
closed equipment used for the thermal
processing food.The sterilization temperature
varies from 120-150 deg C. There is a even
heat distribution in retorts which leads to low
cooking time. We provide Precise control over
temperature and pressure in the retorts, Also
we provide service for Validation of the Retort.
